No, a Shinigami cannot kill another Shinigami with a Death Scythe. The Death Scythe is a weapon used by Shinigami to collect the souls of the deceased, but it is not meant to be used to harm other Shinigami. Additionally, Shinigami are bound by certain rules and regulations, and killing another Shinigami would go against those rules. If a Shinigami were to attempt to use a Death Scythe to harm another Shinigami, they would likely face severe consequences from the higher authorities in the afterlife realm. **

His ability to see the lifespan of others and his willingness to share information would be invaluable. Plus, his nonchalant and laid-back attitude would make for an interesting and entertaining companion. **
